Shipping & Returns Basic details

RETURN POLICY

Sport equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage. Once an item is used it is not returnable. Any bat which is seasoned and/or knocked-in at your request is also not returnable. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money or apply your credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date. Original shipping cost and Return shipping cost is your responsibility. All purchases are subject to a 10% handling charge on returns. 

All bat repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. If the bat breaks where it was repaired, your cost will be reimbursed upon inspection. Return shipping for inspection is your cost. In some cases you may email us a digital image for inspection. If the bat breaks at a different location, no refund will be given for repairs.

 

Shipping Policy 

In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock you will be immediately notified. Most shipments are done by USPS ground and in some cases USPS (United States Postal Service) priority service is used. If you require an expedited shipping service, please fill in your order and then call, email, or mention in the order notes section that you want either next day, 2-day, or 3-day service. We will contact you to confirm the new shipping costs before finalizing your order. 

For your facilitation, both billing and shipping addresses are provided. If shipping address is changed or corrected by the courier, we will be charged $11 and this $11 will be charged back to you.
